Double D's Bar & Family Inn - Boonville

This was our first time to eat here. I liked the place and how it was decorated. It looks like it looks like American Pickers. The service was really good and everyone was really nice. The food was really good. We ate chicken pliers and my son had a chicken sandwich with fries. My only complaint and why I give him four stars instead of five is because of the price. The food was too expensive for what we have. And I never like drinks over two dollars. But then everything was good!

The food is good and there is a variety so you can eat there a few times a week and still not get bored. The chicken is wonderful and the portion size on the liver is enough to share with two other people. The sides have a good taste, but could be warmer. This is just my personal preference. The spinach salad is worth the extra $1.99 to replace it for one side. The dressing is warm and delicious. If you order chicken, it is so prepared to wait. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Good food. I forgot to make a photo of dessert, but the coconut cream was secret and delicious. Friendly servers are always a plus.

Everything was great! My husband and I had a impromptu lunch with my mother and aunt and uncle and even tho they were busy because it was a Saturday and we had a party of 5 we got right in and immediately had our drink order taken and brought to us all!
