What User doesn't like about Roma Italian:
During my first visit, I tried their cheese pizza but was left disappointed. It was overly salty, lacked flavor, and the dough had a manufactured, spongy texture that I found unappealing. Unfortunately, my second visit yielded the same experience with the pizza. I had my reservations about this restaurant since it's situated in a shopping strip rather than being a standalone establishment. When I ordered the ribeye, the waitress asked if I wanted steak sauce, which is usually a red flag for steak quality. However, I was pleasantly surprised! The steak was outstanding, and the bread rolls were possibly the softest and fluffiest I've ever had. The ribeye was cooked to perfection and definitely did not require any sauce. The sautéed vegetables were great as well. My only complaint would be that there was too much dressing on the Caesar salad. Overall, it's an excellent restaurant, and they made sure my Diet Coke was always replenished!
I've always found my visits to this restaurant to be quite enjoyable. The dim lighting creates a subtly elegant and mysterious ambiance. However, the high turnover rate among the waitstaff can be a bit frustrating, as they are often young girls from high school. You never know if your server will be attentive or if she’ll vanish until you’re ready for the check. On the positive side, this place offers a wide variety of options, making it suitable even for those who don't want traditional Italian fare, have allergies, or are vegetarian. I've consistently enjoyed the food and will definitely return soon.
