I have to give props to loisa. I could tell when I pulled into drive thru, seeing the parking lot, it was very busy. The food is always awesome here, so I didn't mind waiting. I got to the window, and she was so polite. It looked like she was working with a new person, but there was nobody else in the front helping. What Sarah Frauchiger doesn't like about Carl's Jr.:
I used to love their breakfast but anytime I try it's not good. Biscuits are always hard resulting in a mess in addition to not tasting good, bacon is often overcooked as well. Hash rounds are totally where it's at but the side definitely shouldn't be the highlight. Not a huge dinner fan either. Pretty overpriced and underwhelming for what you get. Meh. View all feedback.
They have a computer speak to you and no human at deive thru. Everytime i order is charges me more and i end up having to wait for them to refund my money. 1st time was irritating but now it is EVERYTIME i go. AI is getting out of hand. Please stop hire a real person and do it proper.
I had a wonderful time in the drive-through Thanks to Angel! She really is an amazing employee and has the best customer service I’ve seen in a long time!
Carl's Jr. can be a hit or miss when they make your order, sometimes it's a great burger and there are times when it's not so, so. I have to say this location has been doing a lot better job than most, over the last few months I have ordered approximately 5 times and my orders have been made excellent, no issues food looks and tastes very good.
Raymond was quick to help, was very pleasant, was attentive, brought our food out to us. He made our experience here so much better than other fast food establishments
I like the new drive thru technology they have going on...makes it easier. The waffle fries are my favorite. The chicken strips are good and crisp. I do like the burgers as well...I can't say that about most fast food places.
