we come here to get sushi rolls/boxes and Udon withdrawal. Eating is not bad and there is a variety of ways to please many too sensible trips. a negative experience that we had was when we ordered the party tablets, many pieces were missing compared to the picture we saw what we felt as misleading. but they apologised and gave us extra sushi to compensate. What Sheila Herman doesn't like about Tonkotsuya:
I've noticed they started to put much less salmon inside the rolls which is pretty mean thing like do you think your customers will not notice?? shame on you. But used to be a good place View all feedback.
I always get her spicy prawn katsu and Bento boxes ~ always delicious and fresh!
The heartless side. the main dish (meat and sauce) does not look bad or does not taste, but honestly my rice home tastes better than you. I would not come back. food: 2/5 service: 4/5 atmosphere: 3/5 .more
Terrible service, gave us simple noodles without taste and beyond they even forgot to add the bark in the noodles. they charge $25 for simple cooked noodles
They don’t use bowls, but takeaway containers, also plastic utensils. Portion is relative small compare to other Japanese restaurants. Soup is very salty. Better go to Chinese for soup noodle with the same price!
Dirty hygiene is also a problem and the service of the staff is too bad. How can staff throw money to a customer? I Never go there again.
