Contribute Feedback What Anna Schulz doesn't like about Pizzeria La Torcia Di Milan Mauro E Ceravolo Alessandra:
We ordered three pizza's and waited a really long time for those. The pizza was really small and thin but the crust was too thick. It tasted as if the crust was not even completly cooked and it was a bit raw. Other than that the taste of the pizza itself was good. View all feedback.
They offer numerous kinds of pizza, all also glutenfree. In the glutenfree oven fits only one pizza at a time so that ist takes quite a while if you order more than one.
Nearly all the pizzas can be GF, no GF pasta. The crust was not my favorite, I believe it was a premade one, maybe from Schär.
The pizza is excellent. All of their pizzas can be done with a gluten free crust. Their pizza menu is insane. Even by Italian standards they have a lot of pizzas. They have a small dedicated GF pizza oven and can only do 1-2 pizzas at a time but their pizzas are all excellent and safe for celiacs. None of my family of celiacs reacted or had any contamination.
A unique location in the City centre with a special architecture similar to a cave with lots of separate rooms, so it gets quite intimate for groups, for example. The Food is delicios and they serve a looot of types of pizza, but not only. We've got orata and salad, as well and we returned our plates empty, so it was really delicious! The service is also good and quick and everyone is wearing their smile
