Mcdonald's - Bolton

I went round time around the drive thro, because not get what I ordered! extremely rude fellow workers give me bad because finding comaint that I did, I would definitely think twice before considering going back there and maybe they should think twice. again two! (time drop)

Visited just yesterday. the personal was the most appreciable example for customer service. they all looked like they didn't stop working and threw food together in a round. very bad work at Westhoughton location. bad impression on customers and really bad attitudes in serving...food I will definitely not go back in a hurry.

Very rare we eat at fast food outlets, but needed quick snack, Burger was warm, texture of cardboard, chips were warm, tea not bad. Talking later to friends they said we should have gone to burger king, months later we did, we enjoyed burger king...that much we went back there on another day. Goodbye McDonalds.

Came in for food, as soon as I walked in and wanted to use the screens to order my food was getting hassled by the table/cleaning staff badgering me if I needed help. Got my food and sat down to find one of them trying...to brush under the table where I was sat at, then trying to clean rubbish off table whilst eating and then to top it off starts cleaning the windows where I was sat spraying chemicals. Omg can I not eat in peace. Then to make things worse, as I have and start to throw my rubbish she tries to take my tray off her, I reply I'm ok I can throw my own rubbish to them get told as I'm walking out, you put your used straw in the wrong hole!! Well I'm sorry I put it in the hole where the straw picture was above!!! Do you need this hassle when you goto get a treat for your year old daughter???? The only McDonald's I've been to where this happens, oh and this isn't the first time coming here where you feel like you're watched whilst eating and they clean around your feet, but it will certainly be the last!!!!!

My friend and I recently visited her restaurant, we were disappointed. we were led by a worker to a table that was not allowed to choose a table of our choice. I understand that what they have said to do, but it would be so much better if customers could choose their own table. my friend and I went to a garden center café and we were allowed to choose where we were sitting, then my friend went to order the food, write down the table number. she told the staff who was our table number, then we paid on the table. I think this is the reason why her restaurant was empty. we noticed that a family came in and was shown to a table, but they did not want to sit there. So the staff had to find another table number so they could sit where they wanted. was in a few times his empty inner. most people go through and sit in cars there meals.
