Rang today with a large order it was ready 25mins later and I was very pleasantly surprised at how good the food was everything was cooked to perfection and the service was second to none I would highly recommend this place to anybody in the Bolton area View all feedback.
What Vanessa W doesn't like about Mash's Wing Ranch:
2 chicken burgers-tasted like they were microwave ones 6 chicken tenders in wild wild herb sauce -came in bbq sauce 6 chicken tenders in honey and mustard sauce was that spicy it had to be thrown away the chips were cold and soggy and the 4 separate sauces I ordered they couldn’t even get them right... absolutely awful place do not waste your money ordering here I wouldn’t feed it to my dog.
No hygiene. Staff on till handling money then don't clean hands as they use their hands to pick lettece and cheese slices and the bread. food oily even though theres a sign saying drain the fries. Chicken fillet had so many red markings inside and this was a clear sign of bad quality fillet chicken. The actual owner is probably unaware of the poor practices here and should be with so many negative reports. 2nd visit and final visit. I have nothing to gain in saying, but if you want a decent chicken burger stick to KFC or Roosters in Bolton. This place is just unfriendly and staff dont give a S !!
Me and my boyfriend ordered £23 worth of food and first of all it took 2 hours they kept saying be patient and kept saying another five minutes when we kept ringing and then kept changing the time on the app it started with 11pm then moved upto 1am like at this point we both just wanted to go Bed we tried to cancel and they refused to cancel so we waited another 40 minutes for it when we rang up it said it was delivered and some guy came out At the point I was very mad as the takeaway man must have just gave someone a free takeaway so I rang them they refused to give me a refund and they was so rude down the phone I was begging them nearly crying and they hung up on me and kept putting down the phone when I tried to Ring back luckily there was this very helpful Nice man who cancelled the order and gave me a refund back from Uber eats and Money came straight away it’s not even that we was starving just wasted away when we could have ate like No one as much as them makes my blood boil so bad!!!!
I do not recommend ordering the chicken from this restaurant as it is always undercooked. I was disappointed because this place is not inexpensive. I will not be ordering from here again. I wouldn't be surprised if the chicken still had feathers sticking out of the box.
The staff at this restaurant lack an understanding of customer service. They initially told me that my delivery would take 30 to 45 minutes, but when it had not arrived after approximately 1 hour, I called to inquire about the delay. They assured me that the delivery driver would be with me in 5 minutes, but 15 minutes later, there was still no sign of the driver. After calling again to ask for an update, they promised to check and call me back, but never did. When I called yet again, they admitted to confusion and offered to place another order for me, which would also take another hour to arrive. With no apology or gesture of goodwill for their mistakes, we decided to cancel our order. This experience was extremely disappointing and it was clear that their priority was profit rather than customer satisfaction. I would recommend avoiding this restaurant at all costs.
I placed an order over the phone and was informed that delivery would take 30 minutes. After waiting for 30 minutes, I called to check on the status and was told that the driver was on his way. However, after waiting for a total of 1 hour, I called again only to find out that they had forgotten to prepare the food. There was no apology or empathy shown. This was the worst service I have ever experienced.
