this place has many sorts of German beer. I had the Christmas-stephan dark white. I just wish they were snuck. I'm here several times and this is not disappointed, what with the small kitchen area. I've been visiting Prost for over 15 years, both in Portland and Boise, and I've always had a great experience—until now. Honestly, I’m not sure if I want to return after this visit. My wife and I patiently waited at the bar to place our drink order. 4th time here on my trip to Boise (it’s pronounced “Boy-see” dude! this week, loved it when I was here in January too. If you want more than solid German beer hall food and great selection of German beer this place will not leave you disappointed. Prost!
I love this place! Good beers on tap and lots of beers from Germany in bottles. The food is good too. Authentic German cuisine!

Prost is always a great place to go. The bier is great and the food is incredible. Best atmosphere downtown hands down.
My wife is a beer person, I am not but I think I fell in love with one of theirs. Ohhh was it good, the appetizers were awesome and so was the atmosphere!
