First time eating here with my son and his friend. We all had Pho. He had the beef and tendon, and we both had the chicken. It was really good. Will go back for sure.Food: 5/5

Pho flavors were ok, but not the best, pess meet and vegetables in it, same goes to my fresh rollsLastly, they need work on the language they use. They're not friendly to me. They just want the customer to in and out

I can 't take much salt without arrhythmias, also have a problem with pepper and don 't eat meat. I had the veggie spring role and veggie pho. They couldn 't use the usual sauces and gave me olive oil instead. I had plenty to eat for a total of $17 and change. The speed (even though there were 13 of us without any forewarning) and service were outstanding. The place was very clean. The food was fine. I plan to go back. There are almost no restaurants in Boise that can accommodate my dietary restriction. They assure me they can, but that 's a myth. Pho Le is a winner.
