The service at the Panera Bread in downtown Boise is superb! The employees truly embody the hospitality of Boise. They are welcoming and friendly from the moment we enter, to when we place our order, to as we sit and enjoy our delicious food and drinks, and finally as we leave. The restaurant closes at 8PM on Friday and Saturday nights, which is disappointing. The food is overpriced and mediocre. The Toasted Baguette subs have very little meat or toppings. They always seem to be out of dark roast coffee when I want it. However, the staff is very friendly. Overall, I would give the food a 3 out of 5 rating. View all feedback.
