Stumbled upon this place on accident, and so glad I did! I got their burrito special and the flavor was outstanding, it was a carnitas burrito with ranchero sauce, and it brought me the joy that only an amazing burrito can bring. What Luke D doesn't like about El Habanero Truck:
The truck has a good setup and looks to be well maintained. Went at lunchtime with a steady stream of customers. Ordered a Carne Asada burrito and two Carne Asada street tacos. Tacos were small, but had good flavour. The carne on the tacos was pretty good, nice chopped chucks with good flavour. Best Taco trucks down and I tried to use them all lol in the regular cash only when the guy is there to use space. Don't miss eating.
I go here as often as i can afford their food is great and service is always with a smile. ?
These guys are the best ever!! Fish tacos are my go to, best around. Great price and super quick.
Beautiful fish tacos! And enchiladas verdes were marvelous with a lemony green sauce. Fed all 12 of us right away and was the perfect meal after driving from Moab.
Fish tacos are the best in and around Boise! You got to try them.
