Domino's Pizza - Boise

I ordered online used 1/2 off coupon to get a large mushroom, olive ground beef. Too many olives (very salty) and barely any beef and mushrooms. Poor placement of toppings. The garlic crust was tasty the pizza was hot.

Started my order and cancelled it without telling me why. Nowhere online or in the app to review or receive updates, only says to call the store. Tried calling the store and the employee who was there (who started my order and cancelled it) wouldn?t pickup the phone. According to both the website and Google, the store was open for deliveries when I put my order in.

They are open now and I am sticking with one star rating. Earlier this week someone came thru the neighborhood and left the coupon in the photo below on the door. For starters it had an expiration date printed on it of 10/30/2018, but I figured they would still honor it or they wouldn't have passed them out, right? The Grand Opening Special is 3 topping medium carry out for $3.99--NO LIMIT. The second photo shows the back of the card that says the card must be surrendered on delivery. Fair enough. When I called, the person who answered said that there was a limit of one pizza, but they I could keep the card and use it as many times as I wanted, one medium at a time for $3.99, until 11/30/18. I said, no thank you, happy to use it as it is written (for 3 pizzas, not 30) and surrender it at delivery. They wouldn't honor it so I called the Broadway store and ordered. They always do a great job there and even though this store is closer, I will be giving my business to the store where customer service has always been great.

It has been awhile since I ordered Domino's. This place was great!!

These guys can make pizza fast, and it's pretty good. I recently added some of those cheesy tots with the bacon and cheddar cheese. Get those, I hope they keep them on the menu. I can order pizza for pickup and it's ready in the time it takes to drive there. They are always polite and speedy; I have had items delivered as well with the same results. Glad you are in the neighborhood.
