Having dined at Chandlers numerous times over the past 12 years, we have certain expectations. They were met for the most part, except my Ribeye steak, which I ordered Medium-Rare, came quite well-done. It was exchanged without incident for a Filet Mignon, which was perfect. As always the food was great but I must express my dissatisfaction with the front desk. I called a week before our reservation and asked the hostess to seat us in the bar. We discussed that I wanted to be seated in one of the booths and I was assured that was no problem and that I would get a booth in the bar.
