Great atmosphere, great food, and very friendly staff. We were greeted and sat at a table quickly. We are from out of town and found this place by looking through google.Food: 5/5

We've been coming to this location since they opened, and they continue to have the same issues food is great, service is atrocious. Either we sit and wait forever with no server, or order is incorrect. Management needs to do a better job vetting out the high schoolers they hire. They're more concerned about making a social event than doing their job. This last time: (1) ordered a ranch water, and they had no idea what it was. (2) ordered food that came out wrong. And forgot my salad. (3) server then told us to come find her when we were ready to pay.. um, what?Management PLEASE TRAIN YOUR STAFF. THIS ISN'T ROCKET SCIENCE!

When they first opened four years ago, they had a lot of super spicy pizzas that I did not really care for, however, it seems that they have added more main stream choices (although you still have the option to spice them up if you like that. Our recent takeout margarita pizza and Boss Hog pizza were excellent, and the large Caesar salad was enough for three people. The quality of the ingredients and crust are excellent, but I felt the toppings on the Boss Hog were a little bit on the skimpy side, considering the price. Overall, I think Inferno’s is now the best choice for pizza in Boerne and will definitely be going back for more!

The pizza is really good here. They also have a great lunch special M F 11am 2pm for $8.99 that includes an 8 inch pizza, Caesar salad a drink. The only reason I don’t give it 5 is the service is seriously lacking. Hopefully they correct that because service is just as important as the food.
