This was my first time picking up an online order. Little Caesar's emails you when your order is ready. They give you your own code and tell you what number oven you are in. When you get inside you check that your name is on the screen, you enter your code and your door opens up. You take your food out and the computer even talks to you! What User doesn't like about Little Caesars Pizza:
I was here 4 times and every time it takes longer than the time that was given 15 minutes, or I gave the wrong pizza. if the time is not accurate and they need more time because of the staff, etc. please tell people not 10 minutes, they say the truth. blonde, which seems to run the place, is not bad looking. No customer sevice at all. The guy with the low haircut soo rude it makes no sense. This dude sling the pizza box on the table; it was spinning. I WILL NEVER GO BACK HERE AGAIN! Its ah same?

There was no noise in the load and you still have my order wrong when you asked me to say that I ordered wrong. the first and last time here.
Today I made an order in the little ceaser app but I write the wrong address, so I called to the store and cancelled the order. Then, I changed the right address in the app and I made the order again. I don’t know why, They cancelled that second order too!!!! So after 30 min, I reorder again and everything was right, then the manager of the store (23011 SR-7 S, Boca Raton, FL 33428United States) called me screaming, totally out of the control, yelling me, saying he couldn’t make the third order again! I said to him, it is not my fault, I made a mistake in the first order, I called and ask to cancel, they said to me that order was cancelled, and later I reorder again! I did everything right!!!! But he was totally rude and hung up the phone. I have always shopped at this store and never had any problems, but this time I had a terrible experience! Terrible service and totally disrespectful! I have 2 transactions on my card being charged, and I have not received any food!!! I want to receive my money back since I didn’t get anything!!!!
The bad experience I had with that store. The worst attendance. I’ll never come back . I don’t recommend .
