Taco Bell - Boaz

Food was good but I like extra sauce and I order a bunch of tacos and burrito and they could only give me one pack of mild sauce per taco they said they count them to make sure per Manger I like more than one pack on my stuff

They were out of the spicy ranch buy that was fine. My issue was that apprently the lady didn't drop 2 sets of wings for me. Then when I just asked for a refund there was mass confusion and then she told me I had to give my wings back. Then she said well I never charged u for 2 orders. Also I asked for mild sauce and never received and got no fork for my nacho bell grand. Everything would have been fine if the girl with the blue hair didn't have a nasty attitude. My nacho bell grand was good though. The wings were only ok without the spicy ranch.

Same as usual. Drive through could be faster if they open two windows, one for payment one to pick up your stuff. The back window just has a bunch of junk piled in front of it that you can see which is tacky

I don't often come to Boaz, but every time I have, the service was at least satisfactory, the food was fresh and fast, and a big one for me- the lobby was open every time!
