What Ken Richards doesn't like about Papa Johns Pizza:
Went inside and paid. Order said was ready and it was. Lady working didn't look at mine in the window. I was in there for 20 min then they figured mine was in the window. I get it and of course just everything was not good sitting that long because they made a mistake and wouldn't turn a box around to see the name. Pretty awful. Very disappointing to say the least. Delivery is not good . Waited for a pizza deliver 4-13 shows delivered. When i call the womens says she tried to deliver at the gate she called and no answer. I have no missed calls on my cell phone. So we had to go pick up. This has happened in the past.
I made my order and they never came with my food do not order here its a BIG scam for your money!!!????
DO NOT ORDER HERE. Manager, Michael Francois is extremely rude to customers. This location got my order wrong, then the manager hung up as I was trying to resolve the issue. After 3 call attempts he said he was sending a driver and I never received my order. I understand mistakes happen, but it’s how you handle them that counts. This place? They just don’t care. Saw from other reviews that they found bugs in their pizza… Yikes! STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION

Ordered a medium pizza, over an hour later and I still haven’t seen my pizza. On no planet should it take over an hour to deliver a pizza!
