Giuseppi's Pizza Pasta House - Bluffton

The staff at this restaurant was extremely accommodating. There were three of us dining and we were meeting two friends. Our friends arrived first and were seated in a booth, but I am handicapped and needed a table. The staff quickly put two tables together for us. They were prompt in taking our drink orders but did not rush us to order food. The waitress was a bit inattentive, but overall decent. The food was excellent.

I ordered the medium hand-crafted meatball ricotta pizza, but it arrived warm, soggy, and undercooked. I was very disappointed, especially since this place is usually excellent. When we mentioned our disappointment to our waiter, she said it was a new type of pizza. The manager didn't offer any explanation or compensation. For $20, the mediocre pizza was definitely not worth it. I won't be returning to this restaurant.

The staff at this restaurant is fantastic and the pizza slices are unbelievably large! I ordered two large slices for lunch and I was completely full by the time I finished. I placed my order online and they kindly allowed me to dine at the bar where I received excellent service.

The pizza toppings were delicious, but the hamburger was overcooked and not as requested. The fries had a freezer-burnt taste to them. The service was good, but we wouldn't go out of our way to return. We dine at and review about three to four restaurants daily, enjoying light meals to keep us going until our next meal. Our goal is to inform the public, not to criticize restaurants. We always tip generously, except when service is lacking. We believe that bad food and bad service are separate issues. We hope our reviews help others make informed dining choices.

We were impressed by the two employees we interacted with at the restaurant. Noah seated us even though he was busy with other customers, and Ty, our waiter, worked hard to ensure we had a great experience. It was nice to see these young men eager to work hard, reflecting the restaurant's culture. The food as usual was excellent.
