Five Guys - Bloomington

Five Guys has to be the pinnacle of great fast-ish food. Made to order burgers that always taste great and some of the best fries outside of Belgium. Reasonable prices for fast and fresh. Was greeted with a smile and a friendly hello, and the order was taken quickly and correctly.

Walked in on sunday at 1pm. What seemed like the manager was throwing himself around like a toddler acting disgruntled snapping at us while ordering. They were taking 2 orders every 40 minutes until he completely ignore the in-store customers for 50 minutes despite one person only asking for a drink and ignored them until everyone left the store.

Place has fallen off since COVID. constant “I don’t care” attitude. didn’t follow simple instructions such as Cajun seasoning on the burger. cheese was trash. Long wait time on doordash for a total waste of money when I could’ve done Dave’s, Cane’s, etc in the same proximity. AVOID!!!

Good food, a bit pricey, liked the environment, it was my first time there and probably won’t go back again for a long time but it was pretty good.
