The highlight of the meal is definitely the jolt. The curry was a bit too overwhelming, and I found the oxtail to be overpriced. If you're thinking of ordering a large oxtail, I'd advise against it—stick with the small option instead, as the portion size is quite limited and the meat is small. However, the rice, cabbage, and plantains were all excellent! This restaurant used to be better in the past. That’s all I have to say.
I really love the food here, but I'm curious about why Devs has been closed, with a sign saying "come back later" on the door. When I try to call, I only reach voicemail, and no one answers or returns my calls.
The experience is enjoyable, but it's important not to have high expectations for the oxtail dish. They charge $28 for a sizable portion, but it comes with four rather unappetizing pieces.
The jerk chicken comes with rice and cabbage. It is excellently prepared and well-seasoned, with a generous portion size. Overall, it's very satisfying.
