Rib Country Bbq - Blairsville

Nice lunch experience partly for great service from our waitress, Erika. Order Burnt Ends $13 Lunch Special with Chicken Dumpling Soup and baked beans as sides. Burn The ends were soft and tender with just a few pieces with too much fat for me. Soup and baked beans were delicious. We also had Pulled Pork Plate for $11, which would have been perfect, except there were too many crispy pieces of pulled pork on the plate. The colleague as a side with this order was good. To complete lunch, we ordered the Peace Apple Pie with Ice Cream and it would be more than fair to say. It has the cakes..

Absolutely delish! Fast service and super friendly people! The BBQ chicken and the ribs were phenomenal... feel right from the bone! We have the combo #3 and it was more than enough for 2 people!

The best BBQ I had for a long time!!! My mother and I stopped by the city for lunch. We had the baby ribs and the brisket- both were super tasting! And our waiter Austin was fantastic- amazing service with a super friendly personality! If we're ever back in the area, we'll stop!

Really good BBQ at decent prices. Went in with my vacation group and got an onion loaf to share. It was really good and perfectly cooked. The ranch... I don't know if they make it from scratch or not but I need that recipe. It was so good. I got the brisket lunch plate with sweet potato casserole and fries. The sweet potato casserole was so yummy. It had deliciously caramelized bits of pecans on top. My brisket was pretty good, had maybe a tiny bit too much fat in it, but nothing really to complain about. My boyfriend got a huge feast for one and I tried the chicken and it was juicy and flavorful. All my party was pleased with their meals and happy with the service.

Your baby back ribs are the best ribs I've ever had in my life. My mother had grown up a bartender at Chili’s for 14 years, so I had my fair share of baby ribs. I'm a local here in Blairsville and I have Rib Country ribs against The Pink Pig, Jim's Smoking Q, Longhorn... and these were unbeatable so far. Customer service is consistently great and the restaurant is very clean. A total of 5 stars!
