The Orana Hotel - BLACKSMITHS

We popped into Orano Hotel for dinner whilst staying at Blacksmiths Beach Holiday Park. It was an easy walk. We were seated promptly. Orana is a local pub that has a relaxed vibe and friendly service with clean facilities. Our meal of atlantic salmon with crispy skin was perfectly cooked and served with lovely homestyle mash and veg.We enjoyed our relaxed meal in this charming pub!

We had a great time at the newly refurbished bistro at the Orana. Generous portions, decent pub grub and reasonable prices. The daily specials are great for dining on a budget and we thoroughly enjoyed the Trivia Night when we went on a Tuesday. No cost to enter and with prizes given for first and second. While the hotel is still undergoing renovation in the front section the bistro and beer garden area have had a nice makeover. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Definitely would go back.

After calling endless places to book a place on Mother's Day, The Orana came through with the goods and had a table for 10 available. Service was fantastic. Loved the free Mother's Day gifts! The interior of the place is lively and there is plenty for the kids to do (jumping castle and video gsmes etc). Was pleasantly shocked by how good the food was. The steak was the best I've had in any restaurant. Will definitely be back.

Finding a good pub meal can be hard but we hit the jackpot here with a relaxed atmosphere, friendly and helpful staff which was rounded out with a great meal. Prices were affordable and nothing over the top.
