I hadn 't been to this place in almost 10 years; I had some time to kill and let me tell you something.. this place is one of a kind in the best way. I 've had the honor of growing up with the family who runs this place and they are hard working kind hearted people with great taste and it shows in their restaurant! Big Dogs is what it is.. quality wholesome cooking delivered with a gracious smile inside of some of dinings most unique and warm atmospheres. 100% worth the stop

First time here, the brisket was tender and moist they let the flavor of the meat shine through without being overly seasoned. Quality homemade coleslaw 10% for church attendance on Sunday this place was great! Will be back!

I ordered the 1/2 slab dinner with hobo beans and potato salad and the smoked sausage. EVERYTHING was delicious!!!! The service was top notch. I live in Detroit and the trip was well worth it.

Big Dog BBQ is the best BBQ in Jackson! Highly Recommend it! The owner is also very awesome and works to make sure each customer is satisfied. If you are looking for a place where someone truly cares about what they are putting out, this is the place to go!

It's hard to find a good meal these days. My husband and I were looking for something different tonight. We got a pulled pork sandwich with Mac and cheese , onion rings and some cole slaw. We were 100% impressed !! From the customer service (young man taking the order tonight was great to the food portions and the taste of the food ! Probably one of the best meals we've had in a long time ! Don't change a thing . Thanks for a good dinner :
