Ordered on the mobile app they didn’t have it ready and were unwilling to substitute item with item of equal price had to drive back and still wouldn’t offer refund unfortunately

Put someone who speaks English at the window. No biggie if that's all you hire is Mexicans for some reason but put the one who speaks the best English at the window we don't all speak Spanish. For now it's still America I know biden is working really hard to change that but for now I'm sure people just want to order the right meal.

McDonald's on Memorial in Tulsa forgot 2 fish sandwichs and gave 3 packets of honey and 1 packet of honey mustard for 60 nuggets.?

They have really stepped up their ice cream game! However their McFlurries are never stirred. I think their machine must be broken??

Fries seemed a little on the... We don 't feel like making fresh fries stage. We all know that the fries are either fresh hot and SO good or... For lack of a better term, not good, rubbery and close to I don 't want to eat them. I did use the mobile app and will admit I like using it. They have a 20% coupon that I like to use and makes a big difference in the pricing. Use the app!! I hate having all these different apps for businesses, but to knock off a few dollars it 's worth it. I had a double quarter pounder, those are always good as they make the burger fresh to order, sometimes you have to wait a few minutes but the burger is worth the wait.
