What Caroline White doesn't like about The Arthur Robertson:
I sat with my wife having been told that our order would be taken but we gave up and left. There seemed to be only staff doing all the work and too much for them to handle. This place needs a good Manager. Incidentally...we went to their place in Aldridge and had no problems at all! View all feedback.
The food is great and the staff is friendly at this restaurant. If you have a problem, it is quickly and easily resolved. The atmosphere is welcoming and comfortable. The bathrooms are clean and the overall feeling of the place is friendly.
The atmosphere at this restaurant is very clean and energetic. The beers are inexpensive and there is a great view for outdoor seating.
There was a problem with my Sampi. The waitress brought the salad and apologized that the Sampi would not be ready for 3 minutes. When she came back, she had two big Sampi. She apologized again and said the first lot had been overdue, and the second lot was slightly overdue, but I could both have them at no extra cost. I think this waitress handled the unpleasant situation very well and turned a customer moan off. I have never been with this special Wetherspoons, but it found very clean and welcoming, although it is not one of its fabulous old iconic buildings.

1st time in ere was working away great pints very friendly staff. Decent food. It's really a nice place. Next to a shopping centre
