TGI Fridays - Birmingham

Came on Tuesday afternoon, was shown on a table by a wonderful girl called “Sophie” with a “L” possibly, she was wonderful and attentive, while waiting for food she had us over balloon flowers (which we loved) she is a fortune for her business eating was beautiful btw! all nicely cooked, all in all my whole experience was excellent! thank you also my friend was zölgen

Great service we had at our tables was so hard to keep everyone happy. She was in a fight that had 3 but was alone. we dinate there over the holidays on Saturday.

I recently attended this TGI's with a friend and was deeply unimpressed.

The first thing I have to say about TIG in solihull is we had the most amazing waitress! Like she was seriously the nicest waitress I have ever encountered

I've eaten here before with my partner and family, and found the quality of both the food and service quite poor.
