Some complained about extremely long wait times and disappointing service, while others praised the exceptional food, outstanding service, and lovely atmosphere. Despite being somewhat pricey, visitors appreciated the extensive menu options and delicious dishes. However, some loyal patrons were disappointed by the decline in the restaurant's atmosphere and service quality, feeling that the passion and charm were lost. Overall, the consensus seemed to be that while La Nonna still offers excellent food, improvements in service and overall experience were desired.
On Valentine's Day, we waited for two hours for our food before deciding to leave. Unfortunately, no one in the restaurant was being served. There was no explanation given, which completely ruined our romantic evening. Three other tables left before us because they also hadn't been served. We only received drinks, and when we were ready to go, they told us not to worry about paying for them. The lack of service left us incredibly disappointed and shocked.
As always the food is to die for. We had a great meal, good service.... and Tony getting stressed in the kitchen..... always makes for a great night.
