The Taqueria Tafoya - Birmingham

They didn't have nachos which was disappointing, but the food was still good!

The food at Taqueria Tafoya is SOOOOO good!!!!!!!!!!!!! Omg! I can’t say enough. I had a chicken quesadilla. It came with rice, beans, salad, sour cream, cucumbers, picked onions. It was so much food! I can’t say enough. Trust me, just go! Experience for yourselves!!

First time trying and everything was on point. Hot and fresh and authentic best tacos I've had in Birmingham and coming from Houston after living there 10 years I love tacos and not just on Tuesday but everyday and this place is great no gimmicks just good food and the people working there are very nice the owners son always has a smile on his face and friendly as is everyone else there. I will definitely be back again I've already been 2 times in 2 days and might be back tomorrow if time permits. Unfortunately these guys aren't on Doordash or Uber eats because the owner doesn't want to do it but he should at least give it a try because the food is good but everybody isn't able to get to the restaurant to come try the delicious food.

Very authentic Mexican food, The Tacos are great, and the Ceviche tostadas are delicious.
