Saltgrass Steak House - Birmingham

Melannie was as brilliant as they came. Started with an appetizer of fried pimples and paprika. I had the Pat's Ribeye, which was perfectly cooked together with a fresh hot baked potato. Wife had the classic Chiff Steak, brussel sprouts and super fresh house salad. The daughter also had the 8oz car chief steak, green beans and a fresh house salad. All our dishes were served quickly and freshly. Thank you for excellent food and service.

I really wanted to like this place, our server was wonderful, the atmosphere was nice and very clean, the pommes were good, fantastic mixed drinks, but was served cold ribs. The taste was there.

Would I? ve slightly given a five star rating it did not have for the small portion size salmon. The salmon was cooked for perfection, but it was just too small. Should it? ve was two pieces on the record. The margaritas were top-tier, and a beautiful size. I definitely deserved my money.

Our reservation has been canceled by mistake, but when we showed up, they have set us anyway in 20 minutes. So grateful for us to get a table and not find anywhere else to eat. My drink didn't taste like there was any crown queen with it, so the waitress left and got me more alcohol for it. It has great service with our food and drinks.

We celebrated our 32nd Wedding Anniversary here. The food, service and atmosphere was great. our server, Alexei gave us great service and was friendly. Enjoyable experience.
