Our waiter was funny and attentive. He helped me create the perfect custom margarita and was very over all the tequilas that a fantastic list in his own right. The full jalapeño appetizer was amazing: lobster cream cheese, super fresh peppers! I had the enchiladas with beef and my girlfriend had the nachos. Both were loaded with fresh ingredients and taste. I had my first visit to Rojo Bistro in Birmingham, MI 9/9/16 at 130 h, although I was in the Partridge Creek Mall location (Shelby Township often. I had my favorite piece, the Chimichanga Platter. It actually seemed bigger in size/shares than I had before. I could just eat half my lunch. My server was a really nice guy (forget the name. He was attentive, but not embarrassing and above his head.
Delicious food, great service, beautiful ambience. I highly recommend it.

I love this place! Tina, your amazing and such a sweetheart! Thank you for being so kind and such an outstanding manager. My best friend and I come here on Fiesta Thursdays and enjoy the appetizers! There's so much to say, but to keep it sweet, I love this place! ^ ^
