What Betty Bryan doesn't like about Chick-fil-a:
We have been loyal Chick Fil a customers for years. This location is very near our home. We have always gotten delicious food. However, for the past three or four months, our Chick Fil a sandwiches have been overcooked and were hard. Not every time but at least 3 of the 4 times we’ve ordered the chicken, it has been over cooked. Please cook our chicken like you used to cook it! View all feedback.
Two major issues within a month and the owner refuses to speak to me about it. We never had these issues at any other location. Every manager who is on duty has a bad attitude when you try to address concerns with them. Why is this the only restaurant in America that gets orders wrong on a consistent basis? McDonald 's across the street never gets my order wrong. It 's sad that I have been going to Chick-fil-A my whole life and NEVER had issues until I moved here. When I went to complain to the manager this morning that I keep having problems at this restaurant he said, then why do you keep coming? . Whatever happened to, the customer is always right? .
It is chick fil a at it’s best. getting the hardest in (location) but always fast, good food and service is excellent. child-friendly: the cow is the sweetest.
I need to preface this that I am generally a chick filet hater. This place is always fast. Always pleasant. And always fresh. Good job to this franchisee.
Sad because as i write this review i am parked for 20 minutes waiting on my food order from the drive through. Very disappointed. Will not be back
The staff was so accommodating and amazing when I brought my youth group in at 8 in the morning. They were super organized and so nice to all of us. The manager was super hands on with handling our huge order. I love cfa!!!
