We got on the first. Christmas holiday here at dinner and we really liked it. The service was excellent and the food was very delicious. Although there was a great deal of operation, waiters have not let themselves be rested and always had a loose jump on their lips. It was a good evening for us and we like to come back. today 11.08.2017 eating the situation is very nice, but everything was nice that we had reserved and on the terrace not immediately after minutes the card after further min after drinks were served, that was good, even if very reasonable only when this was delivered wrongly, but also because it remains for a meal on garden chairs with metallic, the price is not even reasonable View all feedback.
They don't seem to get that resturants are there for clients, not the other way around. We gave them a second chance and still is a no.
Lovely setting and the food is decent, but the employees are in urgent need of training in customer service. Some are nice, but most of them are incredibly rude (even for German customer service standards) and arrogant, without any hesitation in making your feel unwelcome. We had a reservation to sit outside. Upon arrival we were directed to the indoor area with no explanation or apologies. When we asked about why we were being seated inside, we we addressed rudely and dismissed as “take it or leave it”. We obviously left.
The location is really beautiful; food is average; toilets are clean; service however is very very poor: tables not clean (outside deck), long time waiting for beverage and much longer for food, neither friendly nor unfriendly waitress resuming: I would not recommend for lunch or dinner, but the restaurant's location is really nice (I have been there on 31.05.19 with a friend for Spargel dish)
Service fee of 10 € for any person who does not appear.
Reception and service ok, eating (e.g. flower cabbage) does not taste, completely overpriced. fish pot (small part,) 6.90€ served without broth. Gotness for the beautiful empty, never again.
