Kfc Rockferry St Pauls Road

Only a 4 star due to them still not having a full menu otherwise definitely a 5* food is good just wish they had not changed the gravy ingredients a while back. Only having 3 disabled spaces is good for a small place like this, all of the disabled bays are right on the drive through exit, as I have to empty the car of 5 children and myself and as I'm disabled it makes it harder to ensure all of their safety, but the food always goes down well with the whole family. I know it is a chicken outlet but I do wish they had a selection of better vegetarian options they have a few options but no vegan ice cream for the lactose intolerance I suffer with either.

In my opinion it's a really good KFC. Efficient staff and well maintained dining area. Toilets lovely and clean.

Drive thru had bins across it. Not sure if that was from the recent storm or not. The ordering machines worked great inside though, and the order arrived promptly (and correct). Good stuff.

Staff are friendlier and more helpful than those at the Bromborough branch but this branch had no hot drinks available nor was there any gravy mayonnaise for the Christmas special meal.

Piping hot food came out quickly but sauce was missing from my order unfortunately and was given the wrong lid for my drink (no straw hole?
