Brasserie im Villa Salve Hotel - Binz

A visit in the restored villa is worth it. we stayed there during the swimming architecture week. beautiful bar, delicious drinks, beautiful house. the rooms are very large and furnished with antique furniture that fits the house. the food looked good.

Very disappointing. Bad service, bad food. Everything is way too salty. We won't be coming back. There is one star for the clean toilet

Unfortunately, the positive exterior appearance of the restaurant does not reflect the quality of the food. The savoy cabbage on the fish platter was inedible. The sauce for the pasta with salmon was also inedible. We will therefore not visit the restaurant again.

We only visited the restaurant and were very impressed by the atmosphere and the staff. The dishes were a feast for the eyes, but there was something to complain about. Hence point deduction. Service: 5 Location: 5
