I had a wonderful experience with Christy, the manager, after I had a bad experience with my order at the drive-thru. Christy went above and beyond by replacing my order and even adding some extras. It's clear that she genuinely cares about providing the best experience for her customers. As long as Christy is managing this place, I will definitely continue to support it! View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen:
I drove from Nichols, NY to this restaurant with a friend, which was a decent drive. When we arrived, we checked out the special offers on the app and went in to place our order. To our surprise, they barely had any chicken left on their menu. It was around 9:45 PM (they close at midnight according to their app), and we were informed that they wouldn't be making any more buns because the kitchen had been cleaned, and... View all feedback.
The staff was rude. I have always loved this business, but binghamton has to get it together because they do not definitiw. menschen behind us (family of 5) have left everything we expected on our eating. it took some time to get our order and 1/2 of it was cold! food: 3/5
Not good. Bun falling apart and soggy when I got the sandwich. I ordered a large mac and cheese, but it came in two small containers that weren’t even half full : so basically i paid 6.99 for 1 small. everything was lukewarm and i ate right away in the restaurant.
The chicken tenders weren't done right. Seemed kinda slimy and squishy inside. The chicken is almost paper thin with breading on it but I swear I've never had chicken of this consistentcy from anywhere else other then here..Tried a different piece of the same order and was still getting the same type of chicken. I think it was like that that last time I went too but maybe that's there style or the chicken I got was all fat kr something I'm not sure.. workers were great tho. The fries were good. The muffin thing is usually my favorite but it's like the bottom was burned so I ended up just eating the amazing top half. I love those things but the bottoms are always hard no matter who's made them for me so it's not there fault lol.
Was just told that they are the only restaurant that doesn't have their own name brand tea. Fine. I ordered white meat with my combo meal, the person took the order said nothing against it. I checked my box since the lady who took the order was struggling with it. I find the wrong chicken pieces. Since you pay extra for it, I went in. I was then told that I was not allowed to pick what pieces I wanted because it cost extra. I told her that I was aware that it cost extra. She then said I couldn't pick the pieces I wanted since it messes with what they have on hand.
I absolutely love Popeyes and drive 40 minutes just to get this. You'll have a long wait but the food is so fresh and mouthwatering. The employees are also always so sweet.Last two times I went 4 of the 5 cookers they had were down for some reason and I was told it would be at least 30 minutes for fried chicken. It was strange this happened twice, but I wouldn't blame them without more information. I just hope the company can get them better equipment because I can't imagine how difficult it is for them and it's certainly frustrating as a customer who drives so far solely for this food.
