This place tonight has had the worst customer service I have ever experienced.. the entire staff was rude as all get out... nobody was running the register we had to wait longer to pay for our food then it took them to actually make it. They had no desserts made and when asked if they could make some for individual slices we were told they were too busy when there were only two people in line.the entire staff tonight... This pizza place was inside the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino. I don't do casinos, but I did want to check out the restaurant. The food was excellent, the customer service was A-1, and everyone seemed to enjoy working there. We're visiting Biloxi, MS for the weekend, and it really represents the city well when you go out, and people treat you with outstanding service.Also, if you must know...no we didn't go into the casino....we're saved...lol. If you come through check out Pie Five Pizza, you won't be disappointed.Be blessed.
Love it! Perfection every time! Fresh toppings and super tasty Pies. The staff is always friendly and ready to take care of you. Clean and fast service. WONDERFUL pizzas for the price.
The young man who fixed my.pizza was pleasant and gained my respect for treating me with respect. I would definitely go back. Pizza was pretty good too!

I have had better service from the younger staff on every occasion. The staff that you all have at the hard Rock in biloxi has been a step down and I hope that on our next visit it will not be as bad of an experience as this.
I often eat there when I'm at the hard Rock casino. On premise food can be expensive. This is moderately priced. The only problem I have is that they're dough seems to be undercooked so always go with the thinnest dough possible.
