Asked for plain chicken littles, got fully dressed chicke... read more The most ignorant people I?ve ever met in my life. Asked for mashed potatoes and mac cheese, got corn. Asked for plain chicken littles, got fully dressed chicken littles. Went back, asked for the original order we wanted and literally got given a thing ofmashed potatoes. We were polite and everything but the lack of work ethic in these people have left me mind boggled. Waste oftime and money that I will never get back because to be quite honest I don?t think they could do the math to refund my money soI won?t even bother going back.

This w... read more I have never in my life went inside a restaurant with such miserable people working. The staff was arguing with each other, very loudly. It was shocking! This was in front of elderly people, children etc... A lady brought her little girl in with her and the cashier lashed out at her and said What do you want? The lady actually pulled her daughter back a couple feet. Every customer that walked in was treated awful. I waited until I got my food to tell every employee off (LOUDLY). How dare they treat people that way. The food sucked also! My daughter went another time and the chicken was raw! Seriously? Never again!

The attitude of the staff can be quite off-putting. I often find it difficult to understand what the young woman at the order box is saying; she speaks so quickly and frequently interrupts me, giving the impression that she is eager for me to finish and leave. Oddly enough, there are usually very few people in line or waiting inside the restaurant, so I don't understand why there seems to be such a rush. When I ask for my meal to be prepared in a specific way, it never seems to be done correctly. It's a simple request, and a little patience and kindness would go a long way. I think the newer generation of employees could benefit from better customer service training before they join the team. If improvements aren't made, you risk losing customers!

This is the best fried chicken I’ve ever tasted. The drive-thru staff were both professional and friendly.
