I will never eat at this restaurant again. The food was good, however, the service was horrible. The restaurant wasn't busy. It was 8pm. We ordered drinks while checking out the menu. No drinks served. All 4 of us ordered food at the same time The 2 people we went with were served their food. Still no drinks had arrived. For the first time at Bubba Gump Shrimp Co. Our waitress Bethany was great. We will definitely eat again at Bubba Gump Shrimp Co!
Had dinner here. All staff were friendly and our waitress was great. Our dinners were hot and delicious.
It's just good ole seafood from the Gulf. We wanted to dive, but our toddler was too excited to sit for a long time so that we brought it to our suite. We've eaten twice because it's good seafood. I have heard that some of the waiting staff asked the guests for their knowledge of Bubba Gump. The atmosphere and mood are a must try if you like seafood
Great food and atmosphere! It’s inside the casino so make sure you’re over 21 to enter unless you’re with a guardian or someone 35+ years old.
The food is great. We tried a few different things. The trouble we had was with ordering. The online and phone ordering both failed. I went inside and had to wait about 35 minutes.
