The staff is lovely, and the atmosphere is fantastic at this place. It's my favorite local coffee shop. They always get my order right, especially since I request milk every time. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Tea Coffee Exchange:
I really liked this place first, but they are extremely unorganized and take too long to get everything ready. it can not take 45 minutes to get a panini ready and they can not keep the order wrong 3 times in order that is simply ridiculous View all feedback.
Great friendly service and fantastic hot coffee with the most delicious apple cake.
Great service, drinks are delicious. I also had a spinach and feta filled croissant. Yum!!! I hope to try one of their paninis while we're staying here.
I don't normally do reviews, but I've been to literally every continent and this place makes hands down the BEST tea. Insanely well coordinated mouth watering can't-get-out-of-my-mind combinations, steeped to perfection. Just craving more every day. I'm here on vacation and though the drive to Big Bear Mountain from LA is lengthy and worth it, cannot be done every evening sadly. Would be great if one were to open in the city too. I think next time ill rent a cottage up there just to be able to take full advantage of being in close proximity and at the liberty of trying out their whole menu! Here's to me wishing someday they will expand internationally and I'd be able to pop by wherever in the world I am. Gosh that would be incredible. Probably my second home?! Also bought from there a pack of my favourite High Mountain Oolong Tea. Their Nutella crepes were amazing too!
Excellent service, coffee was awesome. They had SUGAR FREE Pumpkin Spice syrup which is rare. Loved it!
My family and I love The Tea and Coffee Exchange in Big Bear. It's one of our regular stops in Big Bear, especially when we have friends in town we want to show the best places. They have delicious coffee and know their teas. Tonight we took some friends there after shopping in town. They were crazy busy with only two baristas. The guy making drinks had about 20 cups in front of him. They had a couple of employees (that were off) come in temporarily to help out. Amazing. All the drinks ended up made, delicious, with happy customers and exhausted baristas. Even in the face of crazy holiday crowds, the employees--whether currently working or not--are dedicated to their customers and an excellent product. Why would anyone want to go anywhere else?!
