the white rössli is located on the much-experienced axis of incidence from the waldegg to Zurich-Albisrieden. therefore it is easy to overlook. behind the walls is an idyllic and cozy stub. we are looking for this locally, because we live close. on the menu you will find some traditional, but also creative fresh market kitchen. there is a selection of fine wines and all this too - for delicate conditions - attractive... when we went to lunch on the do. 01.12.2016 we ordered the rindsfilet with pommes frites. this salate was a right disappointment. on the teller it had about three leaves of the nüsslisalt, a little egg and a few slices of a radishe. Very cozy restaurant in the heart of albisrieden with very good eating and excellent wine card. the service takes time and is very accommodating. we like to come again-very recommended and price performance is also true.
One of the best restaurants in zürich - very good kitchen and wine map, courtesy service. the way from the center to albisrieden is worth it.

I think too expensive after worlds. everything was pretty heartless. the restaurant was not even half-full, which I can now fully understand. so I cannot recommend this restaurant!
A lukewarm summer evening we use together with friends to visit this locally. beautifully covered table in the lasy garden. small card with good choice. start with French one. siedfleischsalat, oktopussalat, schwartenmagensalat are ordered. good portioned, pleasant acid and with salate. tadellos ! tartar, saffronrisotto with mushrooms and an onglet (there are very rare) are the main passages. generous portions, all well spiced, there is nothing to put out. we drink from the south of France. fruity, fresh white wine. juicy and spicy red wine.The service very friendly, unfortunately somewhat inattentive. there is probably too big. but this is a great evening with French charm.
We are new in the quarter and are looking for a new home. the gasthof to the white rösslu will not be. Too bad, because it was very fine. the calf liver very delicate and finely seasoned. the röstu crisp as desired. schoggichüchlein was a dense. rahmglace tasted a bit staggered. beautiful wine card. service was friendly but we were not really welcome. strange atmosphere as if we were disturbing. not strains not desired. that's how it felt. Pity!
