Cute and yummy pastries. Bought a small bundle of cookies to-go. The staff was kind and courteous to let me use their restroom on the second floor! Very sweet ladies. Must come back for their sandwiches and coffee. View all feedback.
What Hannah M doesn't like about Edo:
Terrible customer service, I went in today and the short girl waiter working at 3:45 glared at me and didn 't even say hello or ask if I needed a table, She didn 't even say you 're welcome when I said thank you after I got my food to go. I 've never had such rude service in a restaurant. You are a waitress... maybe look at your job description again before you clock in. Thank you. View all feedback.
The food is not worth it, pretty basic. My table was forgotten a lot, maybe ignored, not sure. Not sure why. The manager wasn't very nice. I overheard the Manager be very rude to the next door owner when he asked if they asked if they could not block their store front. That put an extra bad taste in my mouth. This was a while ago, but I recently remembered what a terrible experience I had. I was so uncomfortable.
I 'm so disappointed that Edo is caving in to serve the Uber rich instead of the community! The Edo Bites on Brighten Way has been converted into a private dining space for the adjacent restaurant. Gone is the wonderful cafe where locals gathered every morning. Thanks a lot Eduardo, you 've let us down!
Unkind cashier. Needed to use restroom, but would not provide the key. Pretty elitist.
Great cafe with good food . I had the pasta today. Way better than il pastaio. Smaller portions which I like.
Bad service , I asked for coffee with milk, I was given coffee without milk, I asked for another and I was made to wait too long like 25 mn
