I love a good birria taco, but these did not meet expectations. The meat and sauce were fantastic. The tortilla was beyond soggy to the point that I could not eat it and only had to eat the meat. Spicy Margs were not spicy nor taste like a margarita. The rest of the meal (guac/cameron tacos/quesadilla) was fantastic, like the Mojitos. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Urbano Mexican Kitchen:
The restaurant was out of the first 3 things I attempted to order. The margaritas were horrible obviously made by an inexperienced waiter (as opposed to an actual bartender). The food we did get made me sick. We live and work 5 min from the restaurant but I’m pretty sure we will never be back View all feedback.
Definitely need a reservation, otherwise I don't know how long you would have to wait. Definately good vibe, good food, and large portions. Good drinks as well. We left satisfied. Waitress was very quick and nice customer service.
This was my first time dining here and it was truly fantastic! The food was delicious. I will definitely be returning. I highly recommend this restaurant - it's a 10 out of 10! Fantastic dining experience!
Our experience at this restaurant was a bit hit or miss. The atmosphere was nice with good music, but it was a little loud making it difficult to have a conversation. The service was slow and not very friendly. The nachos we ordered were good, but my friend found a 2 inch bone in her chicken tacos. The waitress did not handle this well, simply saying she would let the kitchen know. The timing of the food delivery was off, with the last meal coming out after we had finished eating. We felt like they were trying to nickel and dime us, charging for extra chips and salsa without informing us, as well as not offering free refills on soda.
The food at Urbano was delicious. Their tacos were fantastic and their margaritas were amazing. The only downside was that the service was very slow. The service was great (Sean was really good), but it was quite slow.
We walked through the new wine and bites area called Peculiar...which is connected to the most delicious authentic Mexican restaurant called Urbano. The presentation of the food was only second to the beautiful taste and textures, but the ambience and the genuine upbeat friendliness of the staff made it a very pleasurable experience. It was definitely a delicious lunch. We are totally looking forward to going back to the other side of it, with so many gorgeous collections of wines we would actually love to see what kind of light bites they have available to enjoy with a full body or light fruity or the Cavalcade of different combinations with a few glasses or possibly some bottles of wine to enhance the experience.
