Their food has gone up quite considerably. Two burritos, quesadilla dip, chicken quesadilla, came in at $40.00!!! Food was over salted, and the atmosphere was bleek. At least have the TV playing. I was a little away from the Georgia State bulldogs game on the way back home went to Moe's and very friendly manager there named Ali greeted us went over a board to make sure we have what we need so I highly highly when coming from a Georgia bulldogs coming through Bethlehem definitely take the family to moes!!!! Mo's in Bethlehem catered my son's grad party on 5/27/23, and it was a smashing hit for guests of all ages (lots of teenagers and for me (not having to lift a finger ! Excellent quality and generous quantity of hot food! Timely, courteous service setup. Very easy to order and they accommodated my change of plans just 1 week before our event. We ordered the fajita bar for 50 ppl for $580 including all paper goods, eating utensils, serving utensils, delivery to my house, and we had plenty of leftovers. Initially that sounded high, but it actually fed $60-65 ppl, meaning $9-9.50 per person. Tip: ask for extra salsa for the boatload of chips you get. (I went back and bought more to go with the leftovers because we eat a lot of salsa. I only had to return the racks for pan setup. We will def use them again for a future family dinner.
