This is a small and friendly restaurant off the Grande Rue near Victor Hugo's birthplace. Simply put, it's a treasure. The menu changes daily. The food from appetizer to main course to dessert is ALWAYS excellent. The chef is colorful and fun, and the atmosphere welcoming. What Celia Renart doesn't like about Cafe l'hermitage:
A great lunch address. Unbeatable quality/price ratio (less than 45€ to two with dessert dish, glass of wine and coffee), unpretentious cuisine with a limited choice, but perfectly executed. Quick and friendly service, we will return without any hesitation. View all feedback.

Strongly recommended for casual dining and a very French dining experience. Enjoy!
Visited various times. It was the best food in town and has the best coffee as well as fantastic service. Simple but 5 star service.
A great place to visit: an original place, a warm welcome, and great cuisine. We ate well for a reasonable price. I recommend
