I did have to wait for my order a little longer than expected since it was busy. But the staff and management is very nice and accommodating. I got caught on a bad day but their customer service is spot on. How do they value our feedback with fake promises and no improvement from the past inconvenience. Convinced my girlfriend to give them a 2nd chance just for them to serve the same garbage. Save your money and get your food/desserts elsewhere, this restaurant’s cooks have no standards. I don’t understand why they promote deals if they’re gonna be so cheap about it. Salads are superb. Variety Pizza are jumbo size. You can buy combo with the slices. You can sit inside or outside plenty of parking. Right on Route 66.
Drive through and receiving the food took forever for them to give me the wrong order! I’m not sure why the drive through line was taking forever as there was only 1 car in front of me. I was in line for 10 minutes before placing my cheese fries order. Then it took another 10 minutes to receive the food. Unfortunately, I didn’t realize I was not given the cheese although I paid and ordered cheese fries.
Employees were extremely kind and respectful at drive through window. Even walked my fries down the block to deliver them to me after I had drove off without them. That’s service !!

Look, I used to love the food but honestly I’m very disappointed with my orders being wrong. Not just once but twice. I ordered cheese fries and got wings instead. Then I ordered sausage pizza and got pineapple. I’m allergic to pineapple. I’m tired of this happening especially when it’s night and there’s no other customers. Never coming back. Last thing I needed tonight. Do better.
