Pizzaiolo - Berwick-Upon-Tweed

Pizza was cold and tasteless, comparable to a supermarket pizza. To top this off it took an hour and a half to arrive to us. Tasted like a frozen pizza heated up.

Called to order and no one picked up, tried again and after a while I got an answer. The girl on the other end said they have ran out of dough? Before 7pm? I thought it was a joke at first but apparently not ‍

The quality of pizzaiolo offered pizza is not to deny, but a small variation in the menu from time to time would keep it fresh. many are.

Eating was good, but the staff must learn about customer service. they get an acknowledgement with a number, but if their order is ready, they put it on a hot one.

I do believe this it definitely the best pizza place in Berwick upon Tweed. Full of flavour and the bases are perfectly cooked. Not at all greasy unlike other stores. I defo be buy my pizzas from her on treat nights. Service: Delivery Food: 5 Service: 5
