Worst Italian sub I have ever had , they should remove sandwiches from menu , should be ashamed to serve a sandwich (sub) like they do . No exaggeration 1 piece ham 1 piece salmi Lettuce tomato vinegar You think I ordered kids ham sandwich on hot dog roll 14. 00. I took one bite and I told them how disappointed I was and the girl just looked at me did say a word . Service absolutely terrible . Do not even stop

Margherita Pizza was ok. 14 pizza of tiny slices for $18.. Customer service is terrible. They aren 't even at the store. They are at a call center somewhere. I messaged their customer service chat to ask if their pepperoni rolls were supposed to come with only 1 small sauce for 4. And if the pepperoni rolls were supposed to come with pepperoni and cheese only in the middle bite of the roll as all 4 were like this and all bread. He said to wait while he called the store to ask. Upon returning to chat, he copied and pasted the description from the menu. I replied, Yes, I can read. I read the menu, but these were not stuffed. What I asked you was if only the center bite was supposed to come with 2 slices of pepperoni and a tiny bit of cheese? The rest were all bread. Is that how they are they are supposed to come? He disconnected the chat. RUDE. I opened another customer service chat to ask someone else. Response was there 's not anything we can do except confirm your order was delivered from the store. They don 't deliver to my house only 7 mins away; so it was a pickup order. It seems they don 't care if you are satisfied with what they serve. I wouldn 't order pepperoni rolls from there ever again, that 's for sure! I can make pizza and any type of rolls at home that are amazing. I just wanted convenience that night and was very disappointed. I wish Yelp would let me post what MY HOMEMADE MARGHERITA PIZZAS PEPPERONI ROLLS LOOK LIKE! We gave Fratelli 's another chance last week. But knew better to order any rolls this time. We preordered the same pizza, and this decided to try the gelato. 6 small scoops for $14 with a taster spoon. The sign said please order gelato next door (where you pickup your pizza. So I did and was told to take the pizza and meet the worker back at the gelato shop. This was at dinner time, you 'd think more that 1 server would be working. Slow pace and didn 't think to offer me a cup holder to carry out a pizza box, 3 cups of gelato, loose packets of cheese pepper (had to ask for to-go cups and a cup holder. I actually feel bad for writing this review. They 'd never survive in Brooklyn, NY. And we thought grabbing a pizza would be cheaper than Chinese food. Hagh!
