This is truly a hidden gem. Their tamales are fantastic! I have to change this review because they treated me so disrespectful. I know that I do not speak Spanish. But I tried to translate and they still treated me like I was some sort of bad person. I placed an order and they did not fulfill it. Honestly i'm not sure what's going on at this place anymore. Loved Ruby’s. The food was great and very reasonable. We stopped for lunch while on a road trip and wanted authentic New Mexico food. This place was exactly what we wanted! The staff was so friendly too. I would recommend this place. Only drawback is that there are only 3 tables inside to sit. Fortunately, all the local patrons either ordered their their food in advance for pickup, or did take out.
We ordered tamales and chile rellenos to go. They were ready for pickup and delicious!

Their chicharrones, tortillas and tamales are delicious. 100% recommended. Blessings!
I went to ruby's to get salsa and crema for my tacos but I honestly havnt tried thst much here.
