Here is the review translated to English: Review of Restaurant Spoon Overall Rating: I recently visited Restaurant Mug+Spoon and had a very positive experience. The dishes I ordered the shakshuka and the egg bread were delicious. Food: The shakshuka had a tasty, spicy flavor. The eggs were cooked skillfully and excellently. Drinks: The coffee was expertly made and delicious. Service: The service was excellent. Location: The restaurant is located in the center of Berlin, which is a convenient location. Based on my experience, I would recommend visiting this restaurant. I will gladly return again. Service: Dine in Price per person: €20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

This place is a hidden gem and my new favourite breakfast/brunch spot. Love their matcha latte varieties and their food offerings. Service is also very friendly and welcoming. Update in April 2025: Had to reduce my 5 star rating as the standard has changed from 6 months ago when I think it was at its peak. In the last 2 months the menu has changed twice. The first change was ok as it maintained the brunch feel and menu however the latest change is now in the form of sandwiches now, making it no longer a brunch spot, just a cafe like anywhere else. The change in barristers is also very noticeable in the drinks. I ordered the usual pistachio matcha with coconut milk and was very disappointed. Maybe because the barrister is new, but it did not look like my usual order and tasted like coconut water with no matcha or pistachio. Really disappointed in how the standards have fallen in about a month. Hopefully, they can train the new barristers better. Also, I've been there twice a week, and each time the kitchen was closed and the chef was gone yet the menu was still displayed outside and on the counter. And nowhere does it mention the kitchen closing at a specific time. I hope they can revamp and go back to how they used to be, both in service and their menu as that's what made me really like this place.
