Italian restaurant with various foods, from pizza to the sea. beautiful place and delicious food. beautifully decorated.
I have known the marinella for years, but in the last two years it has been steadily falling. the last stray was when I ordered a normal meat table and served it on a saucer. the chips fell from the edge. but the price was. high: that was the last time I showed up.
We had a great pizza here. the only problem we had was that there was a Christmas night"in the same as we were there, and the staff seemed to be preoccupied with the serving! the food was good and very cheap.
It's tucked away and hard to find, but worth the effort. While we were deciding we got bread and focaccia to munch. I had lovely thick pumpkin soup followed by pasta with shrimp, both excellent. My husband had a seafood platter with mussels, oysters, etc...(this is a speciality of the house). We were too full to fit in a pudding, which was a shame. Will go again.
